In fact, there's a whole list of process associate responsibilities that we found, including: Arguably the most important personality trait for a process associate to have happens to be computer skills. An example from a resume said this about the skill, "bookkeeping, accounting, and auditing clerks need to be comfortable using computer spreadsheets and bookkeeping software." Additionally, other resumes have pointed out that process associates can use computer skills to "read and interpret insurance documents in order to perform data entry to a proprietary computer system. " While it may not be the most important skill, we found that many process associate duties rely on integrity. This example from a process associate explains why: "bookkeeping, accounting, and auditing clerks have control of an organization’s financial documentation, which they must use properly and keep confidential." This resume example is just one of many ways process associates are able to utilize integrity: "repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best option solutions. " Process associates are also known for detail oriented, which can be critical when it comes to performing their duties.
