RTN Federal Credit Union process checker job description
This full-time (40-hour) position is responsible for numerous tasks that are vital to the smooth operation of our ATM/Checking department here at RTN Federal Credit Union. In addition to the requirements listed below, we are searching for an enthusiastic, customer-service-oriented individual to become part of our team in the Waltham (main) branch.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Process Automatic Clearing House (ACH) debits and credit origination instructions, handle posting of received ACH debits and credits, and handle associated exceptions in accordance with NACHA guidelines. Process share draft check exception list and prepare return items to Eascorp Prepare G/L entries for ACH items. Process check order requests online with Liberty/Harland. Handle Government reclamations Handle DNE (notification of death) entries Handle Fraud for Checking and or ACH Q.C. all new ATM and Debit cards requests Handle incoming member and branch calls. Monitor group mailboxes as assigned and respond in a timely manner. Receive and process proprietary manual payroll. Process Remote Deposit (Deposzip) check files received. Process Remote Deposit (Deposzip) applications
The position requires at minimum:
High School diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Training for this job will be provided. Traveling from branch to branch will be required of the candidate chosen to fill this position.
