Are you looking for an entry-level RBA opportunity using your Power Automate, UiPath, and scripting language experience in Houston, TX? We are excited to find an entry-level Robotic Process Automation (RBA) developer to develop an automat mate system to ensure law firms’ IT security posture is maintained.

The primary purpose of this position is to convert manual, labor-intensive processes, such as data entry tasks and tasks that algorithms can be created into automated processes via scripting, PowerAutomate, etc. This role reports to the Network Administrator.

RBA’s Daily Responsibilities:

● Embed with a team and document existing processes and procedures.

● Spend considerable time working with various departments to understand their processes and workflows.

● Create automation plans for processes that lend themselves to full automation.

● Design complete workflow plans in Visio (where applicable) and pseudo-code for submission to the manager.

● Focus on labor-intensive processes to determine if the processes can be automated.

● Translate workflows into the PowerAutomate environment to create models and prototypes for evaluating viability as well as identifying potential risks and defects.

● Maintain excellent, step-by-step documentation on automation processes and procedures.

● Train other techs or end users on how to run automated processes.

● Provide prompt & professional technical support to end users.

● Test prototypes to improve performance by improving algorithm efficiency.

● Troubleshoot & diagnose technical & connection issues related to servers &desktops.

● Fully document code and functions before moving RBA to production.

● Ensure Firms’ IT security posture is maintained at all times.

RDA’s Experience/Education/Experience Needed:

● Must have desktop support background

● Excellent time management skills; punctual; excellent attendance

● Proven work experience with PowerShell and Robotic automation tools like PowerAutomate

● Computer Science or Information Technology-related Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

● IT certifications relevant to Programming/Scripting Languages, Desktop Support, etc.

● 1 year of experience using Power Automate, UiPath, and scripting languages to automate labor-intensive processes.

● Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, chipsets, memory modules &

● Peripherals and knowledge of modern Operating Systems, software applications & remote access systems

● Be able and willing to travel to remote offices, as needed

● Be willing to work after hours and on weekends if and when needed

* Business development and expansion.
* Project management and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Spokesperson for Business Units for new processes/project.
* Analysis of project or program management.

* BOT coordinator:
* Act as the link between the Accounting and Operations teams and the technical RPA/AzTech teams
* Monitor the robotics programs in run mode and ensure a quick response to any blocked or failed runs
* Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues that arise
* Work with the Operations and Accounting teams when changes are required to business processes which have a robotic element

* Support the day-to-day maintenance of Finance Tools & Systems:
* Work with the EGain champion on user profile maintenance, and system master data maintenance. Ensure prompt turnaround times so no impact to BAU teams

The responsibilities will include:

· Working under the supervision of the process development team to assist in gene therapy process development projects.

· Acquiring hands-on experience working with automation, bioprocessing, process scale-up, and bioanalytical techniques.

· Utilizing advanced tools and strategies to aid in process modeling efforts

· Assisting with the writing and execution of laboratory protocols and reports.

· Execution of process development, confirmation, evaluation and optimization studies.

· Assisting in creation of protocols for calibrating and/or operating equipment.

· Regular lab maintenance and setting up development runs on our instruments.
