Are you looking for an entry-level RBA opportunity using your Power Automate, UiPath, and scripting language experience in Houston, TX? We are excited to find an entry-level Robotic Process Automation (RBA) developer to develop an automat mate system to ensure law firms’ IT security posture is maintained.

The primary purpose of this position is to convert manual, labor-intensive processes, such as data entry tasks and tasks that algorithms can be created into automated processes via scripting, PowerAutomate, etc. This role reports to the Network Administrator.

RBA’s Daily Responsibilities:

● Embed with a team and document existing processes and procedures.

● Spend considerable time working with various departments to understand their processes and workflows.

● Create automation plans for processes that lend themselves to full automation.

● Design complete workflow plans in Visio (where applicable) and pseudo-code for submission to the manager.

● Focus on labor-intensive processes to determine if the processes can be automated.

● Translate workflows into the PowerAutomate environment to create models and prototypes for evaluating viability as well as identifying potential risks and defects.

● Maintain excellent, step-by-step documentation on automation processes and procedures.

● Train other techs or end users on how to run automated processes.

● Provide prompt & professional technical support to end users.

● Test prototypes to improve performance by improving algorithm efficiency.

● Troubleshoot & diagnose technical & connection issues related to servers &desktops.

● Fully document code and functions before moving RBA to production.

● Ensure Firms’ IT security posture is maintained at all times.

RDA’s Experience/Education/Experience Needed:

● Must have desktop support background

● Excellent time management skills; punctual; excellent attendance

● Proven work experience with PowerShell and Robotic automation tools like PowerAutomate

● Computer Science or Information Technology-related Associate or Bachelor’s degree.

● IT certifications relevant to Programming/Scripting Languages, Desktop Support, etc.

● 1 year of experience using Power Automate, UiPath, and scripting languages to automate labor-intensive processes.

● Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, chipsets, memory modules &

● Peripherals and knowledge of modern Operating Systems, software applications & remote access systems

● Be able and willing to travel to remote offices, as needed

● Be willing to work after hours and on weekends if and when needed

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:

* Business development and expansion.
* Project management and execution.
* Overseas and support implementing RPA systems.
* Client management and Operation management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Spokesperson for Business Units for new processes/project.
* Analysis of project or program management.
* Analyse the process and suggest whether the process is a good candidate or not for automation.
* Sound understanding of Accounting system like SAP and Blackline.
* Team Management - setting up priorities and guidelines for consistent and timely delivery of agreed enhancements. Documenting procedures.
* Manage project budgets effectively and report on variances. Define change impacts and facilitate business readiness and transition activities.
* Actively participate in the change network ensuring that key messages and change activities are cascaded throughout the organisation.
* Conduct detailed impact assessments and translate identified impacts into change requirements, for input into change planning.
* Deliver business case support to increase revenue, decrease cost and improve service delivery through business process re-design and automation.
* Mapping and re-design of business processes supporting the strategic journey, including communications material.
* Monitoring the BOT run and Incident management.
* Coordinating with SME and internal stakeholders and take BOT development as a Project.

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* Excellent communication skills and problem solving acumen.
* Four to 5 years of Project/Program management experience in Agile framework.
* Prince 2/PMP or RPA Projects experience.
* International client arena experience.
* Knowledge of Accounting is desirable and preferred.
* Knowledge of Macros/VBA along understanding of SAP, Blackline etc.
* Assist manager to plan schedule and coordinate business activities and deliver technology project.
* Knowledge of SCRUM is a plus for better project management.
* Owning the process and self-decision making.
* Finance System & Process Enhancements:
* Support and co-ordinate Process Reviews within the Finance teams to identify process improvement opportunities
* Conduct detailed walkthroughs to document the process steps for automation
* Implement macros to remove repeating manual tasks, including development, testing, supporting user testing, macro documentation, handover to the BAU team
* Maintain internal finance macros, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
* Implement changes in macros as business processes change or expand

* BOT coordinator:
* Act as the link between the Accounting and Operations teams and the technical RPA/AzTech teams
* Monitor the robotics programs in run mode and ensure a quick response to any blocked or failed runs
* Support the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues that arise
* Work with the Operations and Accounting teams when changes are required to business processes which have a robotic element

* Support the day-to-day maintenance of Finance Tools & Systems:
* Work with the EGain champion on user profile maintenance, and system master data maintenance. Ensure prompt turnaround times so no impact to BAU teams
* Work with the GRP Key User on user profile maintenance and master data maintenance on SAP.
* Monitor the Projects team mailbox ensuring all emails are assigned owners or actioned on a timely basis

* Participate in Finance Project team activities:
* Participate in Technical IT led project; supporting with finance related activities as required, for example support User Acceptance testing on OPUS system changes
* Participate in team meetings, huddles, and engagement activities
* Engage across the various teams within Accounting and Reporting as relevant

Patheon Viral Vector Services (VVS) is an end-to-end viral vector CDMO partner from process and analytical development to clinical and commercial supply of viral vectors for cell or gene therapeutic or vaccine product. Our team of expert scientists, engineers, operations and quality professionals, work with our clients to bring groundbreaking treatments from development to post approval. The novel therapeutics we focus on require constant innovation and creative thinking for the clinical translation and subsequent GMP manufacturing to be successful. This role will be primarily located at our pilot lab in Plainville MA. We are currently expanding our multidisciplinary team, seeking a Gene Therapy Process Development Support Senior Intern to support our gene therapy downstream process development projects. We are looking for talented candidates interested in utilizing cutting-edge technologies and learning to use automation and high-throughput analytics to screen critical process materials and parameters for the purification of viral vector products.
The responsibilities will include:

· Working under the supervision of the process development team to assist in gene therapy process development projects.

· Acquiring hands-on experience working with automation, bioprocessing, process scale-up, and bioanalytical techniques.

· Utilizing advanced tools and strategies to aid in process modeling efforts

· Assisting with the writing and execution of laboratory protocols and reports.

· Execution of process development, confirmation, evaluation and optimization studies.

· Assisting in creation of protocols for calibrating and/or operating equipment.

· Regular lab maintenance and setting up development runs on our instruments.

· Contribute to data analysis efforts of instrument data and present work at regular team meetings.

The successful candidate will have the following preferred skills:

· Conceptual or technical understanding of modern bioprocessing and molecular technologies in the life sciences a plus

· Experience working in a laboratory setting.

· A safety-first mindset and diligent adherence to safety requirements.

· An ability to execute tasks independently.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses good communication skills.

· Detail oriented, with a commitment to keep thorough accurate lab records.

· Experience with data collection and data analysis. Experience with data analysis software such as Matlab or JMP is a plus.
