ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare air permit applications, for client projects in accordance with applicable local, state, and/or federal agency air regulations or standards.
Perform emission calculations.
Review and evaluate state and federal regulation applicability.
Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports and routine compliance reports as required by permits and applicable regulations.
Review and analyze results of emissions testing.
Knowledge or experience with air dispersion modeling.
Assist clients with permitting strategy and developing pathways to continuous compliance.
Communicate with clients and regulators as appropriate.
Support preparation of proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or other advanced degree in Environmental/Chemical/Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental consulting, focused on air quality.
Advanced working knowledge of Excel and an understanding of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office 365.
Demonstrated understanding of state and federal air quality regulations and specific knowledge of general air permitting process: NSR, Title V, PSD, NSPS, NESHAP, BACT, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate and work effectively in a team setting.
Ability to work independently in a remote work situation when needed.
Excellent attention to detail and completeness.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks with firm deadlines, sometimes deadlines could be simultaneous.

About this Position:
The Supplier Process Principal Engineer position leads supplier delivery and characteristic improvement activity with automotive part suppliers in North America. Responsible for evaluating negative delivery, production, inventory management, plant/equipment, sub-supplier management, packaging control and/or workforce trends within the supply base; and developing and implementing systemic countermeasures to ensure acceptable delivery characteristics for Honda products and parts. This includes leading cross-functional collaboration in areas within Supply Chain Management, as well as New Model, Procurement, and Supplier Assurance to drive supplier characteristic improvement.
Responsibilities include:
Lead supplier improvement activity as part of Department Business plan, reporting performance measurables and targets, forecast impact, monitor results & develop gap elimination plans to achieve Department goals
Identifies problems on an operational and/or systemic level and conducts problem analysis / situation appraisal, which may include analysis on a specific part or assembly process (Tooling / Equipment Spec / Part Drawing Spec or Evaluation / OEE / Volume Assessment, etc.) to provide best practice processes and develop effective countermeasures to correct problems or potential problems to avoid impacting delivery performance
Perform in-depth analysis related to the supplier's production planning, results and/or current business practices and correlation to Honda systems/requirements (example CMS) and propose improvement options
Manage engagement strategies for suppliers that are causing impact/risk to Honda. Performing deep root cause analysis through supplier Situational Analysis, establish commitment from supplier top management, and work collaboratively to understand supplier SA and manage an overall activity SAP.
Lead activity with concerned suppliers to understand current progress to overall SAP. Monitor, report on, and escalate suppliers that are not capable of meeting project milestones within the timeframe established.
Perform analysis of NARS reports (A-Rank, mislabel, etc) and applicable parts and identify actual and potential problems, clarify and review with applicable departments, implement countermeasures to avoid problem occurrence from production planning through delivery
Serve as subject matter expert to support and/or train Delivery associates in performing deep root cause analysis through data analysis, and oversee supplier situation analysis
Collaborate in supplier selection activity with cross-functional areas to confirm and improve actual supplier capability
Lead characteristic/systemic assessment and improvement activity after initial supplier crisis activity, as needed, to ensure supplier operational stability, efficiency, and characteristic improvement
Lead reporting and Gemba activity for root cause analysis/countermeasure implementation to solve complex problems with/ attention to closure speed and effectiveness. Execute continuous improvement through cycling Plan Do Check Action (PDCA).

The Role
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing automated solutions, implementing new processes, optimizing existing processes, automated data collection, and executing the industrial control and programming strategy for GTI's production facilities. Summary: The Cement Additives Process Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic technical support and contribution to the sales process. This position is tasked with providing technical support and expertise of the cement manufacturing process to our cement additive sales team and customers. Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical ambassador for the Euclid Chemical cement additive sales team.
Subject matter expert to provide feedback and troubleshooting information for customers.
Act as a technical expert on the latest cement manufacturing technologies, equipment, and best practices to maintain Euclid Chemical's competitive edge.
Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones
Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs.
Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers.
Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits.
Maintenance and operation of portable pump equipment inventory to utilize during industrial trials.
Collaborate with the Cement Additives Technical Manager and Cement Lab Manager to develop new products and enhance existing lines based on market trends, competitive analysis, and industrial trial results.
Work collaboratively with Euclid Chemical Cement Additives Lab team in the development and improvement of laboratory ball mill methodologies for testing materials.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry - master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation.
Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries.
Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations.

* Lead cross-functional issue triage and resolution activities for customer-reported concerns.
* Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Maintain real-time issue tracking and drive closure of systemic quality issues.
* Provide feedback to design and manufacturing teams to enable continuous improvement.
* Voice of the Customer (VoC)
* Aggregate and analyze VoC data from multiple sources:
* Warranty claims, service reports, customer complaints, surveys, etc.
* Conduct issue trending and risk analysis to identify areas of improvement.
* Lead corrective action projects to resolve systemic issues in product design or process.
* Influence design changes by embedding lessons learned from field and manufacturing feedback.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
* 5-7 years of experience in a product quality, reliability engineering, or NPDi role.
* Proven experience in datacenter devices or similar high-reliability, high-complexity products.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software/firmware systems.
* In-depth knowledge of:
* Design and manufacturing process controls.
* Reliability test methods and life estimation modeling.
* Supplier and production qualification processes.
* Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, PPAP, 8D, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
* Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
