Quality:

• Assure completion of root cause and corrective action analysis when escapes occur and ensure that the process to resolve future escapes in the future in place is effective and efficient.

• Lead training as necessary for all departments to ensure all employees understand how and why metrics are measured.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ProcessEngineering Manager / Sr. ProcessEngineering Manager is a hands-on, senior leadership role responsible for leading and mentoring the ProcessEngineering and Product Chemistry teams at our large-scale EPDM roofing manufacturing facility. The primary objective is to eliminate process variability and ensure robust, consistent production. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
* Manage the ProcessEngineering Team by setting a vision for the processengineering group, creating a near, mid & long-term route map for variation reduction and then establishing goals, organizing the team, developing budgets, establishing timelines, and ensuring effective project execution to meet business needs.
* Collaboratively work with and effectively influence the other manufacturing department leaders to develop strategic and tactical plans that meet the safety, quality, and production targets, reduce scrap, improve reliability and efficiency of production, and
reduce cost to meet business needs.
* Ensure timely execution of projects for equipment and processes to produce new or modified products that transition through development and commissioning.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
