Environmental Support: Support plant environmental programs with engineering solutions and daily maintenance activities. On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation within the maintenance department. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. Certifications: Continual Improvement training or certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) preferred. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Project and CMMS (JDE preferred). Experience in plant operations and/or maintenance preferred. Supervisory Experience: Experience in a supervisory role is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in action plan development and management.
