What You Will Do:
Facilitate and lead cross-functional team in, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure. Implement projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving
Lead quality investigations related to production deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
Review and approve manufacturing process changes, validations, and product documentation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Zero, PFMEA, MPR projects and process optimization.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on quality tools, methods, and statistical analysis.
Experience with leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tool
Working experience with drawings/specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Strong understanding of process validation, and statistical methods.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Experience with leading root cause corrective action (RCCA) and applying quality methodology and tool
Working experience with drawings/specs and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Experience in process validation and statistical methods
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in any of the following is highly desired: Six Sigma or Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Experienced in 8D, quality tools, 5 Whys of Root Cause Analysis, and SPC analysis.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team and provide forecasting to reach established goals.
Ability to assimilate, analyze, and present data to leaders, customers, and peers.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $67,500 to $108,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
