Job Description · Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and sees that all shop safety rules are being followed and all housekeeping standards are met. · Coordinates all daily cell functions to insure continued efficient operation of the production equipment, personal utilization, while maintaining product quality in their cell. · Cooperates with Process Technicians on all adjacent shifts to provide efficient turnover of operations from one shift to the other. · Communicates with all shift personnel daily. · Responsible for implementation of Company policy and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. · Will complete all job-related reports and documentation in a timely manner such as production reports, machine setups, process data, etc. · Communicates daily with the supervisor. · Identifies potential problems with machinery, molds, process criteria, and auxiliary equipment and any other item that could interfere with quality requirements and meet production schedules.
