Responsibilities:
Project Integration & Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, departments (Purchasing, Fleet, Logistics, Accounts Payable), and external suppliers. Participate in project meetings to keep the team informed on procurement needs and potential delays.

Supplier Management: Act as a conduit for project needs to supplier base, coordinating returns and credit memos.
Logistics Support: Source and manage transportation suppliers for project needs.
Project Close Out: Validate all PO/subcontract values and ensure all invoices are submitted and paid.
Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The Industrial Performance Engineer is responsible for working cross-functionally to enhance plant operational and financial performance by developing and rolling out plant wide Continuous Improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
Ensure the development, implementation and sustainability of industrial standards and plant processes as assigned by the Industrial Performance Manager.

Position Requirements:
EDUCATION
B.S. degree in a Technical Field or at least 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE
5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years participating or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Six Sigma Green Belt (or related certification) is preferred.
Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts is preferred.
Prior food manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
SKILLS
Must have completed successful DMAIC / Lean projects in production, quality, or supply chain.
Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead through influence.
Must be able to prioritize work.
