Job Description:

A day in the life of a Business Process Reengineering Intern, a fully remote role at SpartanNash, is never the same. In this role, you will gain experience across many functions of the company.

What You'll Do
Participate in professional development opportunities such as: tours of our warehouses and retail stores, community volunteering, team building, executive speakers Participate in process development sessions and assist in capturing As-Is and To-Be process notes / issues / action items
Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify, gather and analyze data pertinent to measuring process performance Draft process documents, including process flows and work instructions Draft communications to Distribution Centers to request and / or provide information related to process improvements
Create polls to collect data from Distribution Centers / remote teams Schedule conference calls and Teams meetings
Participate in weekly project team meetings Update and organize file structure for storing process documentation
Responsible to complete or participate in at least one strategic project during the internship and give a short presentation to the executive team that showcases the project. Participate in learning opportunities that may include tours of our warehouses and retail stores, a community service event (such as SpartanNash Expo, Helping Hands, or Special Olympics) Attend workshops for developing skills, team building, etc.

Intern--Process Control Systems Engineer - (22001291) Description

We're currently seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join our team as interns at Arconic Tennessee Operations. The GRPE Team has responsibility for driving continuous improvements, executing capital projects, omplementing best practices, and process/equipment troubleshooting inside the GRPE business. An internship allows students to be a part of dynamic and innovative projects, while providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities. Working alongside leadership, GRP interns have the opportunity to sharpen their skills through hands-on learning. An internship with Arconic will provide you with invaluable experience that you could utilize in any role, and it is Arconic's goal to evaluate its interns for potential entry-level openings. The Process Controls Systems (PCS) engineering role will work on projects, and other day to day aspects of PCS related work at our facility. This will include time on the plant floor and supporting the manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

3.0 GPA and above

Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity.

Prior work experience.

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering with an expected graduation date of August 2023, December 2023, or April/May/June 2024.
