Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in labels or similar industries. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.     Seeking technicians to work closely with process, project and tooling engineering along with production to coordinate activities connected with technical developments, scheduling and resolving design and test problems, or to implement new product launches on the production floor with our robotic welding equipment or CNC laser cutting and bending equipment. Skilled at problem-solving, this person will also investigate and develop countermeasures to ongoing issues of existing processes. Summary: Engage in hands-on process technical support on the production floor a minimum 80% of time. Under minimum supervision, performs new tool tryouts, analyzes tool design and specifications for the purpose of determining how tools are designed to function. Assist operators with technical problem solving and recommending creative technical solutions. Perform a variety of duties such as conducting tests, reporting data, adjusting equipment, troubleshooting equipment, diagnosing and recommending actions from findings. Schedule: We have three openings for this position. Both are non-exempt (overtime pay eligible). Posting 2025-080 - Will primarily work 11.5 or more hours per day, three or more days per week based on business needs to support our weekend day shift Friday to Sunday 6PM to 6AM in our robotic welding areas. Posting 2025-088-01 - Will primarily work ten or more hours per day, four or more days per week based on business needs to support our day shift Monday to Thursday 6AM to 4:30PM in our “secondary” areas of CNC, bending and cutting operations.
