Manufacturing Test Engineers are required to work on-site in support of Jabil's production facilities located in Florence, KY (just north of CVG International Airport). Applicants who live outside of a 50-mile radius will be eligible to receive relocation assistance services. About the Job This position will have the role of driving and facilitating Continuous Improvement activities across the Regional Sites (Calera, Verona, and Remote hydrators). The continuous improvement engineer will have a deep understanding of costs and business practices to aid in the regional organization working on things that bring great value to MLC's business. + Work with operations to identify improvement opportunities and assist organization in prioritization of continuous improvement. + Support planning that defines program scope and content. + Facilitate/lead/direct improvement projects across multiple sites simultaneously. + Promote effective use of contemporary problem-solving tools and industry best practices. + Coach and mentor project leaders and managers in change management competencies and strategies. + Maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives and tracking results of continuous improvement projects + Train and develop employees in problem solving methods and techniques. + Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities, as needed.
