The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting Gopher's manufacturing through designing, implementing, and optimizing battery recycling and manufacturing processes to transform raw materials into final products by improving efficiency, safety, and quality. Key responsibilities include analyzing workflows, monitoring process and associated equipment performance, implementing process improvements, instituting manufacturing best practices, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
