Work together with Production, Quality and Quarry personnel, exploring the opportunities to improve machines with respect to availability and reliability. Supports and to promote technical development of personnel of work teams. Collects and analyzes equipment history and investigate repetitive damages, in order to evaluate effectiveness of preventive - predictive Maintenance and operating procedures. The analysis of root - cause should be elaborated together with the plant management teams. Contacts original equipment manufacturers whenever it is necessary to resolve operating and reliability problems. Controls design and specifications of new parts or components. Assists in planning major shutdown work requests with a high degree of specialization, regarding instructions, human resources estimate, materials, special tools and estimated duration of jobs. Analyze production data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and yield. Technical Support Respond to technical inquiries from operators, engineers, maintenance personnel and Customer regarding SMT equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and component placement issues. Assists/Lead diagnosing problems through analysis of error codes, machine logs, and visual inspection, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone, email, and remote access tools. Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs as needed, including adjustments to machine parameters and component placement settings. About the JobAs our Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will sustain and improve the operations of our proprietary lithium-ion battery recycling processes. This candidate will collaborate with our engineering team and various internal and external experts to ensure the successful operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a track record of process improvement, problem solving and improving process methodologies in a first-in-kind process system.
