Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Qualifications: Completion of Sophomore coursework at accredited college with a major in a STEM Field (Engineering Preferred but not Required). Passion for creating positive change and a desire to engage with the manufacturing team. Creative, data driven approach to problem solving. Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. Organize and complete detailed tasks and project work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
