Engage the organization deeper into problem solving efforts utilizing performance metrics, cost components, quality data, design parameters, machine parameters, process characteristics, etc., using various tools including but not limited to: Business Intelligence Suites Power BI Databases (SQL and OSI PI) Reporting Tools Statistical Analytical Software Perform “what if” analysis and communicate recommendations to both operational and IT leaders. Collaborate with Process Engineers and IT resources to utilize hidden potential in the manufacturing systems. Identify and correct data limitations (e.g. signal / noise ratio, sample size, inconsistencies, missing values, corruption, etc.). Design and implement dashboards and key metric scorecards. Determine potential causes of problems and devise data testing methodologies for validation. Search and probe questions with peers and process experts that ultimately leads to action and recommendations. Guide and direct small teams to achieve project objectives including the set up and execution of smart manufacturing deployment across BCS locations. Streamline and improve existing data analytics tools within the continuous improvement processes and systems. Use data, best practices and Kaizen methodologies to increase process efficiency and reduce operational cost.

Reporting to the Corporate Reliability Engineering Manager you'll implement and execute a world-class Reliability Engineering program. You will work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross-functional Technical Transformation Team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). This role is located in Russellville, AR or Fayetteville, AR with 50% travel to our other plant locations Your Impact * Lead asset criticality management by determining asset criticality and guiding sites to utilize and maintain rankings in SAP. * Drive asset risk management by identifying high-risk assets and recommending or leading risk elimination or mitigation plans. * Establish robust equipment failure root cause analysis capabilities through training, coaching, and facilitation. * Analyze equipment and cost data to manage Reliability Engineering efforts that deliver measurable value. * Apply PM Evaluation (PME) and PM Optimization (PMO) processes to continuously improve preventive maintenance effectiveness and efficiency. * Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes and standards, including training and leading RCM analysis. * Perform Weibull analysis to understand equipment reliability and develop maintenance strategies. * Monitor progress of Reliability Engineering initiatives and provide periodic updates. * Stay current with industry trends and benchmarks, recommending and leading program improvements. * Develop and maintain strong SAP Plant Maintenance skills, monitor data integrity, and lead improvement efforts. * Collaborate with Engineering teams to apply "design for reliability" standards during capital expenditure projects. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 3+ years of CNC 5 Axis machining experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of CNC 5 Axis machining experience). 3+ years of MRO and/or manufacturing shop experience.
