This position is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do: Drive integration and implementation of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to quality and customer requirements. Serve as a program quality liaison across customer organizations, as well as relevant factories and engineering labs for quality issues and concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with program management to define and implement quality improvement strategies. Support supplier quality and supplier engineering efforts to help ensure compliance. Review and approve changes to the technical data package, assign actions when necessary and complete actions in a timely manner when assigned. This includes but is not limited to: Peer reviews, Engineering Review/Change Control Board (ERB/CCB) and/or Design reviews. Ensure all qualification hardware is appropriately documented in the quality history records and aligns to quality and customer requirements. Qualification You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Working experience with Quality Management Systems, to include ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or AS9102. Working experience overseeing teams in failure and RCA, corrective and preventative actions. Working experience interpreting technical drawings. Working experience with technical data package review (TDP) and document repository.
