Job Summary: The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
