Identifies business processes within the Supply Chain, Sourcing, Logistics and Customer Service areas in need of continuous improvement. Utilizes multiple methods for improvement including technology (ERP/JD Edwards, Greycon), value-stream mapping, and other lean, six-sigma techniques to create business efficiencies that are documented, and repeatable throughout the organization.
