Aftermarket Business Process Lead (m/f/d)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Salesforce implementation and manage daily related activities.Manage IT projects implementations for Independent Aftermarket organization with BorgWarner IT team and, act as process owner of IT tools.Support the Independent Aftermarket organization with Market Data Analysis.Lead commercial data integration and develop additional tools to provide a complete market overview.Manage and update the business planning tool to achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective Action.Act as leader for QlikSense (BW Business warehouse tool), by helping the product manager to develop the yearly LRP and upload in the management system BI Tool.Understand existing Business Control reporting tools and extend the use of QlikSense to other regions and other categories.Support Product management team in developing Business Cases for existing and new projects/products by providing related market data.Work closely with Pricing Manager and act as backup during his absence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Accounting or Business administration.2+ years' experience in a relevant business field, in particular strong working knowledge of detailed financial and market data analysis Great interest in current developments and trends in the Automobile and Market Analytics field Analytical thinking and understanding of numbers Comprehensive computer skills in Microsoft Office, QlikSense, SAP, Power BIGood communication skills and team spirit Language skills: English fluently, German beneficial
