What Does A Process Machine Operator Do At Fifth Third Bank

* Maintain and trouble shoot for all insertion equipment.
* Assist in maintaining the Statement Processing department ensuring it is tour ready at all times.
* Assist in the training of new machine operators.
* Maintain an average work performance of 3500p/h after 90-day training period.
* Zero Quality Issues.
* Complete all statement work-orders on a daily basis.
* Communicate machine issues as needed to workflow coordinator or management.
* Prioritize and assign work to the statement processing operators in the absence of workflow coordinator.
* Perform quality checks for the department when necessary.
* Basic knowledge of the USPS postage system.
* Oversee the completions of work-orders and logs when necessary.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.

What Does A Process Machine Operator Do At Volt Information Sciences

* Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures (always leave on top)
* Receives special jobs from the customer and ensures that they are completed in a timely and accurate manner
* Oversees the hand-off of special work orders to the appropriate department processing stations
* Processes all research and special handling requirements, as requested by the client and/or Customer Service
* Monitors the progress of all ongoing work, focusing on in-set phases of production and authorizing movement to the next phase when necessary
* Provides accurate printing and timely distribution of all outbound exceptions reports to customers
* Works closely with various groups, including Customer Service and Support Services, to help guarantee customer satisfaction
* Communicates technical problems with hardware or software to Maintenance or upper management
* Receives monthly inventory from the Support Services Coordinator, and informs him/her when supplies are low
* Offers support to the computer room as needed, such as return mail handling, billing, tape/file generation, etc.
* Qualifications and Education Requirements
* A high school diploma or GED is required.
* This person must have at least 3 years of clerical experience.
* Prior experience in a data processing work environment is desirable
