Provide regular updates to management on key projects. Understand machine operation and make suggestions to improve machine operation ratios, net operator time and product flow. Communication between support departments for open items. (Design, Quality, Production Control, Production, Business Planning, Purchasing, etc.). PREFERENCES Experience related to manufacturing and assembly processes, prefer HVAC assembly experience, but not required. Experience justifying and receiving approval of large capital expenditures. Experience leading people. A proactive person who will seek out and implement additional tasks that will add value to DMMI. Knowledge in CAD software (AutoCAD and Solidworks).
