Customer Service * Ensures that existing and potential members, dealerships and salespeople receive prompt, courteous service. * Provides information as to programs, policies, and procedures. * Consults with dealership staff to acquire and coordinate required information and documentation for the processing of FCE applications. Documenting the Transaction * Ensures Application Notes, in all stages of the loan/lease process, are recorded timely within the FCE portal and that they accurately provide a descriptive and complete accounting of the transaction for all parties involved in the transaction to review. * Pipeline Management * Meet target turnaround times. * Ensure workflows and follow-ups are maintained daily to ensure all work that comes in by close of business each day is in process. * Provide support to Processing Team members when necessary to ensure prompt customer service according to policies and procedures.
