processing of documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
* Provides a wide range to a team of Escrow Support Processors and Escrow Officers.
* Work is very similar to work performed by associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge.
* May work on escrow openings
* Performs clerical functions to set up (open) escrow files.
* Prepares correspondence, escrow files.
* Prepares and delivers Escrow documents.
* Schedules and provides instructions to couriers.
* Orders payoffs, liens, homeowner association documents and evidence of insurance.
* Communicates with branches, as needed.
* Follows functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities; Troubleshoots as needed.
* Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years escrow processing experience
* Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process

Pay Range: $21.62-$28.83 hourly

WHAT WE NEED
The Processor role sets up equipment for processing and will batch raw ingredients in accordance with cook cards and written batch instructions. This role works across many departments and functions, and therefore, will gain a broad understanding of the BRF production processes.
This role is on the 2nd Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm - with a $.75/hour shift differential.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Sets up equipment for start-up and shutdown of processing operations in accordance with product specifications and standard operating procedures.
Verifies materials and batches raw ingredients into processing equipment in accordance with Cook Cards and written batch instructions.
Handles ingredients in a manner to maintain Food Safety standards.
Halts process and notify QA and Supervision in the event of any observed foreign materials, out-of-specification product, process failures, or any Food Safety or Quality concerns.
Checks product to ensure quality specifications are maintained using analytical equipment as designated by the Cook Cards.
Observes work conditions, monitors tanks & pump conditions, and generates work orders for equipment or Process area repairs.
Communicates ongoing equipment, material, or quality concerns to incoming teams.
Monitors and documents critical control points, ingredient lot numbers, real-time recording of events, and ensure proper operation of temperature recording charts.
Completes all required batch paperwork accurately.
Following the EUP for unloading materials, enters receipts and analytical data from bulk testing and ensures all materials are loaded into the correct tanks by double checking all paperwork and verifying the accurate use of the inbound hookups.
Works with production planning team, the production team, and the inventory control team on a regular basis to order, schedule and reschedule bulk materials to ensure their availability in order to accommodate the production schedule and equipment CIPS.
Provides backup to the other Production teams.
Be aware of UV's & Filters, change filters as required, and bring any issues to maintenance attention.
Always keeps the outdoor areas and bulk areas clean and audit ready as evidenced by plant quality ≥95% GMP audit results.
Effective communications to the maintenance team any issues that are observed.
Follow proper Good Manufacturing Practices including wearing personal protective equipment.
Adheres to all safety requirements.
Due to SQF regulations, all employees must be able to fluently read, write, and converse in the English language.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED; and a minimum 3 years loan servicing experience preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Proficient in the use of mainframe loan systems, preferably FISERV
