This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a LiDAR Processor to fill a position in supporting our Mobile LiDAR, Geospatial / Surveying Team. The successful candidate will be able to function at a high level independently with minimal oversight and take ownership of the processing LiDAR data phase with Pospac and Riegl and other software suites. This is an exceptional opportunity to take transferable knowledge and skills with industry hardware and software and diversify experience into a different market by joining a ever growing team of subject matter experts with a healthy and stable backlog. Your Impact * Demonstrate teamwork by collaboration with project managers to identify timelines and processing plans to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely flow of data. * Work with project managers and field crews to establish efficient collection plans for projects that limit potential issues. * Processing raw data through Pospac and Riegl Software and delivering a production ready point clouds. * Producing reports that show precision and accuracy of the projects point cloud within Pospac, Riegl software suite, terra solid, lastools and other software. * Identifying issues in accuracy in the point cloud and reports that need more adjustments or recollections. * Working with support for Pospac and Riegl to solve any issues. * Develop metrics for processing and collaborate with project managers during proposal phase. * Maintain backlog calendar for processing and adjust accordingly. * Maintain SOP documentation. * Who You Are Required Qualifications: * BS degree in Surveying, Engineering Technology or related areas. * 5-7 years' experience of processing of LiDAR data (mobile and/or UAS) in: * Pospac or equivalent software * Riegl software suite or equivalent software * Terrascan, MARS, LASTools, or equivalent software. * Terra match, basemap or equivalent software. * Proficient with basic functionality of a GIS software Arc, GQIS, or equivalent. * Understanding of survey methodology as it pertains to capturing control for a LiDAR survey. * Excellent communication skills with a special emphasis on reporting of schedule and troubleshooting of issues. * Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities. * Basic understanding of computer hardware as it pertains to industry software packages and their computer hardware requirements. * Proficiency in understanding coordinate projections. * Meticulous attention to detail. * Able to work occasional overtime when needed. * Ability and desire travel to applicable conferences and trainings. * Able to develop tracking mechanisms to assist self and inform others of data flow for multiple projects processing at the same time. * Assist with troubleshooting of LiDAR equipment in the field. The Cash Logistics Processor Role: In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. As a Cash Logistics Processor at Brink's, you'll work within our branch locations to account for the cash and valuables we transport to banks and businesses worldwide. This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers. Key Responsibilities: + Check in all work and cash through window + Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed + Process check imaging into FIS system + Balance all individual teller sells + Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip. + Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day + Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match + Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately + Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager The Qualifications You Must Have: + 18 years old or older + Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position. The Associate Mortgage Loan Specialist position is responsible for obtaining the required knowledge and experience needed to guide current and prospective members through the real estate loan application process. Duties Receive and assist in the completion of real estate loan applications, while serving as the primary point of contact for applicants during the origination process. Assess, underwrite, and make recommendations for decision on loan applications considering applicant(s) credit worthiness, ability to repay, collateral valuation, and organizational risk. Communicate approval or denial decisions to members in a clear and professional manner. Evaluate and verify income documentation, including personal and business tax returns, to make informed approval or denial decisions. Counsel potential home buyers and existing homeowners, while taking complete and accurate real estate loan related applications and obtaining required documentation to facilitate initial loan approval with assistance when needed. Seek guidance for complex lending situations and approval authority from an MLS or above. Proactively stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and changes in lending policies and regulations to provide members with accurate and timely information. Assist membership with servicing of existing mortgage and home equity loans. Follow up with prequalified applicants and on other leads in a timely and effective manner. Price and disclose loan applications by determining the interest rates and fees associated with a loan, based on factors such as borrower's creditworthiness, loan amount, term and market conditions. Successful completion of Consumer Lending Program courses and subsequent exam is required. After completion and proficiency shown, granted initial lending limits (Tier 1) with SVP recommendation. Coordinate member engagement with the Real Estate Lending Processing Center within Loan Administration. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all real estate lending products, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. Educate members on available services and make referrals for other Credit Union products and services based on their needs. Ensure well documented, easy to review loan application history notes within the Loan Origination System. Work with Lending Contact Center to provide assistance with mortgage lending calls when needed. Support branch employees with all real estate related needs and ensuring employees have the information needed to be comfortable referring all potential applicants to discuss mortgage lending opportunities. Work various contact and follow-up reports to cultivate member engagement throughout the home buying process and make SECU their lender of choice. Assist as needed with community engagement by meeting with realtors and other third parties as well as attending community events to build and maintain mortgage loan volume. Consumer unsecured lending as assigned. Answer phone and perform other clerical duties as needed. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management. Participate in additional training and continuing education to enhance knowledge of mortgage originations. Requirements Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred - bachelor's degree, or CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts degree or Associate of Science degree via the North Carolina Community College Transfer Program (NC-CTP). Attend Excel and Elevate - New Employee Training (E&E). Real Estate Lending Program (RELP) completed within 6 months.
