Job Description: The Loan Processor & Closer II will coordinate all steps of the government-guaranteed loan process, working closely with borrowers, internal teams, and external partners. This role ensures documentation accuracy, compliance with SBA/USDA requirements, and smooth execution of loan closings while maintaining strong service standards. Key Responsibilities: Apply working knowledge of government-guaranteed loan guidelines, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. Review approved loan terms to identify required due diligence, supporting documents, and collateral conditions. Track receipt of upfront deposits and ensure documentation is uploaded accurately. Confirm compliance items such as CIP, BSA/AML, ECOA, and OFAC are completed and approved.
