Perform all tasks involved in the production of Standlee Premium Western Forage products. This includes sweeping, packaging, stacking, and all other process support. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and expectations for performance. It cannot encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform, employee is required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform job-related duties as assigned by his/her supervisor. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. Placed finished goods on the designated pallet. Maintain a clean and safe work area. All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production. Working Conditions General Manufacturing Environment: Work is regularly performed inside the plant and occasionally in the surrounding grounds and facilities. Because of this, employees are frequently exposed to adverse weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, wind, rain and snow. Lighting varies based on the season, weather and conditions in the plant. Employees regularly work near moving mechanical parts, material handling equipment and are exposed to ergonomic hazards, noise and dust. Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Work is fast paced, and employees are expected to perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor, therefore they must have excellent stamina, be in good physical condition and capable of handling objects up to 75 pounds in weight. Individuals must also have good eyesight, hearing and better than average coordination in order to keep up with production equipment. In addition to these requirements employees are regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, reach, bend, climb, and walk about the facility and production areas. Purpose The National Bankruptcy Processor is responsible for protecting the client's interest by reviewing loans for possible legal action and taking all necessary actions to protect client's interest without individual requests from the client. Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities Proof of Claim: Specialist will prepare Proofs of Claim referrals for Ch 7, 11 and 13 loans. Specialist will determine the pre-petition arrears at the time of filing to be included in the Proof of Claim by using the client's system. Specialist must prepare Proofs of Claims in accordance will all jurisdictional requirements and notify client of any amounts that cannot be included in the Proof of Claim and request system adjustments for same. Specialist must be able to recognize the difference between arrearage claims, principal balance claims and total debt claims. Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the Proof of Claim changes resulting from bankruptcy rule 3002.1. Amended Proof of Claim: Specialist will be required to amend the Proof of Claim on occasion. Reasons for amended claims include but are not limited to loan modifications, Consent Orders, and post-petition payments being rolled into the Confirmation Order. Specialist will be required to make sure any amendments to the claim are accurately set up in the client's system. Transfer of Claim: Specialist will be required to refer and review Transfer of Claims for loans that client acquires that are in an active bankruptcy and for which the prior servicer has already filed a Proof of Claim. Specialist must ensure that the Proof of Claim filed by the prior servicer is correctly set up in client's system. Specialist must follow up to ensure that the Trustee adjusts their system to reflect that the client has acquired the loan. Any Transfer of Claims that are not updated in the Trustee's system will require contacting the Trustee's office to resolve. Motions to Allow Late Claims: Specialist will be required to refer to local counsel a motion to allow late claim from time to time. Specialist may be required to provide local counsel with documentation for why the claim was not timely filed. Specialist must regularly monitor all Motions to Allow Late Claim until order entry. Impediments: Specialist must review loans immediately upon receipt for any items needed to proceed with account adjustments or legal action. Specialist will refer to jurisdictional requirements to confirm what items are required to proceed with required legal action. Frequent follow up and escalation for impediments is required until resolution. Specialist will have to be comfortable reviewing prior servicer histories and escrow analyses. Title Review: Specialist must be able to review mortgages, assignments, notes and allonges and determine any missing gaps in the chain of title. ECF Mail/AACER: Specialist will be required to review electronic mail from the court. All mail must be thoroughly reviewed and notated in firm's system and client's system. Specialist must be able to determine and proceed with any action needed in response to court mail received. Ensure local counsel has all necessary information to complete various notices and filings. Move all non-active files quickly through to closing. Review and interpret client systems and update data per client's expectations. Regularly monitor reports that are generated in our system to ensure that files are handled smoothly and timely. Proven track record of dependability and punctuality required. Usage of LPS is required; must be familiar with all Facets of LPS, including LPS Intercoms, LPS Reports, and LPS/ Client Directives. Must possess basic understanding of the fundamentals of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 Bankruptcies. Must be proficient with numbers and basic accounting. Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor to work at our Administration office in Rexburg, Idaho. This position works 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. The expected pay is $20.50 per hour, DOE. Job Description Assists mortgage loan officers by preparing and processing their loan files. Counsels the mortgage loan officer on redisclosing the Loan Estimate; draws Closing Disclosure; and facilitates its delivery to the member while meeting time commitments. Reviews residential loan applications to verify that application data is complete and meets credit union and/or secondary market standards. Obtains verifications of employment, rent, payoffs, SSN, 4506T, tax transcripts, flood certifications, homeowner's insurance, LDP, SAM, etc. Orders the title commitment from specified companies and directs the ordering of the appraisal through appropriate sources. Helps facilitate and connect communication throughout the department. Will actively engage in needs-based selling. Qualifications Six months to two years experience required. Must be able to keep strict confidentiality. Must be able to offer prompt, clear, and accurate communications with members and coworkers. Must be able to complete all documentation with promptness and accuracy. High school or equivalent education. Physical Requirements Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing/descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, computer terminal and keyboard, facsimile, calculator, and understands computer basics. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Working Conditions Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private or shared work area with minimal noise. Responsible for processing applications from dealers and funding loans within the requirements of the loan policies established by the Credit Union. Perform other clerical duties as assigned. Responsibilities: Prepare, Fund and merge loans. Perform employment verifications/income verifications, ensure accuracy of loan contracts and make decision within limits. File and organize all incoming and outgoing documents for example: Signature cards, applications, and contracts. Maintain returned mail Review received stipulations on loans, such as Proof of Residency, Proof of Paid Collection, etc. Assist in Month end balancing and report preparation. Participate in department and credit union projects that pertain to indirect funder duties. Assist dealership personnel in completing loans with correct and accurate information. Communicate and build relationships with dealership personnel. Communicate over the phone issues or concerns with dealers as well as visit face to face to build working relationships Review incoming contracts to verify required information is compliant with checklist. Daily record keeping on incoming loans and allocating loans to the appropriate branch or department Working knowledge of Word and Excel with the ability to write proposals and develop spreadsheets pertaining to department functions. Assisting branch team members with member questions about funding issues. Maintain department designated daily performance levels. Maintain continual education through Green Team University Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to cope with pressured situations. Knowledge of general lending policies. Understands Credit Union goals and objectives. Ability in math, 10 key, and computer. Ability to complete work accurately with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records. Excellent communication and people skills. Physical Requirements: Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc. Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
