The Cash Logistics Processor Role: In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. As a Cash Logistics Processor at Brink's, you'll work within our branch locations to account for the cash and valuables we transport to banks and businesses worldwide. This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers. Key Responsibilities: Check in all work and cash through window Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed Process check imaging into FIS system Balance all individual teller sells Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip. Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager The Qualifications You Must Have: 18 years old or older Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Day to day operations must be structured to allow everyone to meet preset production and sales goals. Depending upon the production needs, the Clearance Store Processor may be required to physically move Gaylords of product using a pallet jack and push/pull tables on and off the clearance store floor. Following all safety policies, asset protection policies and Team Member policies as outlined in the Team Member handbook, asset protection manual and safety manual Must report all injuries or safety & asset protection violations to a superior as soon as they occur or before the end of their shift. Ability to operate safely a pallet jack, or hand truck. Due to the operation of large and dangerous equipment, a Team Member must submit to a drug test if an accident were to occur. Must maintain excellent attendance and avoid any tardiness or early outs. Must sort tables of product into gaylords after each rotation of the clearance store by type of product. Level all tables of product after gaylords are tipped onto table: Take out oversize items from the tables Remove trash Cover all tables Must be flexible daily to help where needed in the warehouse. Job Description Enters data into computer system for production of documents for Sales, VOA, and/or various corporate departments as requested. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Keeps track of data and source documents received, then compiles, sorts and verifies accuracy of contract data to be entered. * Contacts preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data. * Input data from source contract documents into computer following format of program entering necessary codes and making necessary corrections to information entered. * Record completed work and respond to inquiries regarding entered data. Transfer entered information into database. * Files or routes source documents after entry. * May print and prepare documents for mailing by highlighting, marking where owner, witness and notary sign and stamp documents and input proper mail out code. * Handles owner inquiries regarding documents. * Special projects as designated by the manager or lead.
