Receive and sort clinical lab specimens
Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information
Ensure all lab equipment is working properly and perform minor instrumentation maintenance
Troubleshoot any specimen related issues
Replenish test bench supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Complete record logs and other administrative duties as requested
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety and quality standards
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous medical/lab or production experience is preferred
Comfortability with handling biological specimens
Ability to accurately identify specimens
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to work in a fast paced production environment and meet established turn-around times
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Must pass a standardized color blindness test
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

The Title and Registration Processor is responsible for the processing incoming deals for vehicles sold through Retail and Rent2Buy channels.

What You'll Do:
• Maintain and process all documents necessary for title and registration.
• Responsible for understanding the various T&R channels for Car Sales operations based on state.
• Process deals electronically and ensure titles are ordered on all deals.
• Ensure all titles are properly filled out and signed off.
• Ensure all documents are accurate and accounted for prior to mailing. Responsible for creating FedEx labels.
• Work incoming mail for retail locations to complete T&R.
• Work directly with the titling agency to ensure that deals have complete information.
• Ensure the proper T&R channel is used to transfer ownership based on the type of transaction.
• Responsible for effective resolution of all red alert or on hold transactions.
• Responsible for research of liens being recorded.
• Handle incoming calls from customers as necessary and answer questions from internal stakeholders.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality, including PID information.

• Previous office and/or processing of documents.
• Prefer previous car sales dealership experience.
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to stay organized and work with large volume.
