JOB DESCRIPTION Job SummaryProvides non-clinical administrative support to utilization management team and contributes to interdisciplinary efforts supporting provision of integrated delivery of care across the continuum. Essential Job Duties
* Provides telephone, clerical and data entry support for the care review team.
* Provides computer entries of authorization request/provider inquiries, such as eligibility and benefits verification, provider contracting status, diagnosis and treatment requests, coordination of benefits status determination, hospital census information regarding admissions and discharges and billing codes.
* Responds to requests for authorization of services submitted via phone, fax and mail according to operational timeframes.
* Contacts physician offices according to department guidelines to request missing information from authorization requests or for additional information as requested medical directors.
Required Qualifications• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a health care environment supporting correspondence or clinical communications, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
* Previous experience as a Correspondence Processor at Molina.
* Strong attention to detail, and ability to work within regulatory and internal requirements for letter generation.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple letter queues and deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to ensure clarity and precision in all correspondence.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs, software systems, and lines of business.
* Ability to research, obtain feedback, and integrate necessary adjustments into letters to meet quality standards.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ensure quality and compliance in all produced correspondence.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines, regulations, and policies in processing of clinical correspondence.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and internal departments.
* Basic Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a health care correspondence or clinical communications role, with an understanding of regulatory and accreditation rules related to clinical determinations.

The Cash Logistics Processor Role:

This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check in all work and cash through window
* Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
* Process check imaging into FIS system
* Balance all individual teller sells
* Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
* Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
* Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
* Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
* Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
The Qualifications You Must Have:
* 18 years old or older
* Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Position Overview:
The Sr. Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing and validating loan files, obtaining and organizing necessary documentation, and ordering third-party documentation in order to submit decision-ready files to underwriting and request clear-to-close. The Sr. Loan Processor works closely with the Loan Officer, LP2 (Contract to Close), and branch leadership, and communicates with approved third-party vendors (title/escrow, HOI, HOA/condo, AMC, VOE vendors, etc.). Borrower and agent communication is handled by the LO/LP2.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting.
Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
Complete the required loan checklist.
Verify that an application is complete and accurate; and identify any potential issues that may arise in underwriting.
Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on those documents.
Communicate directly with the Loan Originator, LP2, underwriter, and approved third-party vendors to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Provide feedback on approval conditions related to what has been ordered/date ordered by processing.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices received, and in the applicant's E-file.
Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
Assist set-up of loans.
Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log.
Train and help supervise new loan processors and other processing personnel.
Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. investors.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
Encompass experience.
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.

Position Overview:
The Sr. Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing and validating loan files, obtaining and organizing necessary documentation, and ordering third-party documentation in order to submit decision-ready files to underwriting and request clear-to-close. The Sr. Loan Processor works closely with the Loan Officer, LP2 (Contract to Close), and branch leadership, and communicates with approved third-party vendors (title/escrow, HOI, HOA/condo, AMC, VOE vendors, etc.). Borrower and agent communication is handled by the LO/LP2.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the particular loan program before submitting to underwriting.
* Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
* Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
* Complete the required loan checklist.
* Verify that an application is complete and accurate; and identify any potential issues that may arise in underwriting.
* Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on those documents.
* Communicate directly with the Loan Originator, LP2, underwriter, and approved third-party vendors to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
* Provide feedback on approval conditions related to what has been ordered/date ordered by processing.
* Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
* Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
* Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices received, and in the applicant's E-file.
* Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
* Assist set-up of loans.
* Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log.
* Train and help supervise new loan processors and other processing personnel.
* Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loan servicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. investors.
Qualifications and Skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* A minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
* Encompass experience.
* Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.
* Excellent math and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
