Responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of hospital processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions.

Is responsible for verification of branch lab specimens received in the main laboratory.
Ensures that an adequate amount of specimen is delivered to the appropriate department.
Troubleshoots when specimen provided is insufficient and/or incorrect.
Rechecks co-worker's data entry/requisitions/specimens handling for accuracy and quality control.
Receive and processes stat work, which requires high priority attention. *
Troubleshoots problematic areas and notifies department supervisor. Any changes to original patient testing file must be reported to the appropriate technical supervisor.
Maintains and files forms for all reference laboratory send outs for all East Side Clinical Laboratory locations.
Knowledgeable in third-party financial billing procedures. If necessary, contacts proper individuals to obtain financial information.
Results entry to reference lab reports (senior members).
If trained as a phlebotomist, may be required to assist with phlebotomy duties in the main laboratory, if necessary.

Responsibilities
* Works in collaboration with the DFCI Longwood based Health Information Services staff to ensure Quality Control of all aspects of the electronic health record processing.
* Will assist Longwood Health Information Services in its efforts to meet and/or exceed patient, physician and customer expectations at satellite location.
* Reviews daily visit lists for correct data; checks all electronic charts for any missing documents or recent reports, scans any/all data into the electronic medical record.
* Reviews daily listing information against existing records for accuracy and completeness, verifies demographics and makes corrections as necessary.
* Sorts, files, and collates, medical records such as admission slips, lab and pathology reports, and clinical notes and scan all into EMR.
* Obtains lost or missing records in accordance with established procedures. Communications with hospitals, IT departments, referring physicians, etc.
* Manages existing paper charts, including scanning and sending to off-site storage facility.
* Reviews and administers all consent forms, including mailing and scanning into charts
* Picks up and scans incoming paper data from the front desk and throughout clinic.
* Manages both incoming and outgoing faxes. Takes corrective action as needed.
* Provides general institute, disease, or program-specific information to callers/patients within the scope of knowledge and authority.
* Ensures compliance with DFCI policies and procedures for electronic health information in EPIC.
* Adheres to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.

Tremont Credit Union is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the Loan Originators, Underwriters, Servicers and Credit Union Members with the mortgage and consumer loan process. They will ensure that loan applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner. They may be required to communicate with members, underwriters and third-party vendors. They will perform a variety of clerical and administrative support as needed. The Loan Processing Specialist will ensure that Credit Union processes are followed and will perform Quality Control reviews of loan files.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather documentation and process applications for all mortgage and consumer loan types.
Prepare loan estimate disclosures, order appraisals, credit reports, title work, and any other necessary documentation.
Coordinate loan closings and loan maintenance.
Answer member calls resolve requests and problems promptly and courteously.
Maintain internal tracking logs such as payoff requests, title tracking and discharge tracking.
Daily filing of notes, titles and other loan documents and retrieving all paid loans as needed.
Scan and archive loan documents.
Ensure that daily work is compliant with credit union policies and procedures.
Knowledge of all state and federal regulations as required.
Qualifications:
