**The Opportunity**

In this role, the individual will be responsible for receiving, opening, and verifying specimens in accordance with the SAMHSA mandatory guidelines and those of other regulatory organizations.
**What You'll Work On**
+ Process samples that fall under SAMHSA/DOT regulations and are subject to interviews during NLCP inspection and/or audits
+ Receive and open specimens delivered to the laboratory for analysis
+ Review and document acceptability of specimen and chain of custody forms
+ Assign laboratory accessioning numbers and aliquot specimens
+ Destroy specimens as needed
+ Clean and maintain work area daily
+ Inspect all trash bags once aliquoting process is completed to ensure sample and document removal
+ Process Triage request
+ Assist Sample Handling area
+ Prepare samples for shipment
+ Adhere to all security procedures for ensuring confidentiality of donor information
+ Must comply with company policy

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The primary function of The Indirect Lending Processor is to validate and verify loan documentation received from dealers participating in the indirect lending program ensuring all documents are received and completed with accuracy, and to input and fund the loans for the customers and the dealerships into the loan platform. The Indirect Lending Processor will assist employees in the lending department and all appropriate internal credit union partners. Conducts daily business interactions and maintains constant alignment with OnPath's mission, culture, and core values. Encourages others to act with mission, culture, and core values in mind always. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment in the absence of specific direction from management. Ensures value through decision making that supports credit union goals and interests. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Input loan data into the Lending system with accuracy.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Perform audits of all assigned loan packets and conduct courtesy call to verify that all required information is complete and correct so that documents processed are in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements and risk to the financial institution is minimized.
Verify loan information with customers and/or dealers to assure that all options stated on documents are actually installed on the vehicle.
Answer inquiries and advise prospective and current customers of other products and services offered by the financial institution to encourage contacts to either become or expand their usage of the organization.
Process payment to dealers timely and accurately fund loan packets into the Financial institution Indirect Lending system and also into the company tracking system.
Cross train and provide processing support to the Direct Lending department as needed.
Experience
Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.

The Coin Processor - Warehouse Role:
In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical coin accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare shipments and connect money from one place to the next. We do it because it makes us proud - #BrinksProud. As a Coin Processor at Brink's, you'll work within our branch locations to account for the coin we transport to banks and businesses worldwide. Additional responsibilities include:
Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vault, and liability at all times
Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound currency transactions
Monitor all aspects of production, detecting, and resolving malfunctions with necessary procedures to ensure maximum quality and efficiency
Monitor levels of coin bin at all times to maintain constant coin supply during production
Complete preventative maintenance requirements and properly troubleshoot malfunctions
Enter all verification activity into logs as processed
All other essential and assigned job functions
The Qualifications You Must Have:
Minimum of 18 years of age
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Data Entry skills
Money handling experience
Customer Service experience
Ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for performing the day-to-day servicing activities for the mortgage loan portfolio. This includes payment processing, escrow management, payoff requests, loan maintenance, and member inquiries. The specialist ensures all servicing actions are handled accurately, timely, and in compliance with credit union, investor, and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent member service skills, and the ability to navigate and maintain data integrity within the Symitar core processing system. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Loan Servicing Operations
Perform account research, adjustments, and maintenance as needed to ensure data accuracy.
Reconcile general ledger accounts related to mortgage servicing.
Prepare and process payoff quotes, lien releases, and mortgage satisfactions.
Review new loans and modifications within Symitar and related systems.
Complete escrow disbursements for taxes, insurance, and PMI; monitor for shortages and overages.
Review insurance renewals and track flood/hazard coverage compliance.
Process and input principal reduction payments accurately within the Symitar system, ensuring proper application to member accounts.
Coordinate and communicate with third-party partners and internal departments to facilitate Construction Loan Draw requests, verifying required documentation and disbursement accuracy
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and general servicing questions.
Provide professional, courteous, and accurate information to members, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Escalate complex servicing matters to the Servicing Supervisor as needed.
System & Reporting
Utilize Symitar for account research, servicing activity tracking, and report generation.
Identify and report system or data discrepancies to the Supervisor for correction.
Support departmental process improvements and technology updates.
Compliance & Quality Control
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established servicing policies and procedures.
Assist with periodic audits, investor reviews, and regulatory examinations.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of mortgage servicing experience in a financial institution or mortgage company.
Strong working knowledge of Symitar or other core processing systems required.
Familiarity with secondary market or investor servicing preferred.
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Interpersonal Skills
