Monitors and administers the collateral protection insurance program (CPI) on loans missing proper proof of insurance coverage as well as adjustments, refunds and waivers.

Works with members and their insurance companies in the event collateral is determined to be a total loss. Confirm insurance settlements are properly valued.
Processes all credit bureau disputes and makes changes to the E-Oscar system as necessary.
Follows procedures for closed account maintenance.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of loan and ancillary products and related processes.
Maintains knowledge of in and out of state title process for autos, boats, and recreational vehicles.
Maintains a strong understanding of the necessity and purpose of each loan document for all loan types and the ability to answer member questions regarding each document.

Requirements:
* 5-10+ years in Technology industry.

* Able to demonstrate a knowledge of all SWIFT messaging formats.
* Demonstrated experience in SWIFT protocols.

* Agile Delivery - 1+ years of experience with Agile project delivery.
