    Job Description Primary Purpose of Job Collaborates with our business partners on the Commercial/Corporate/Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and credit teams. Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and servicing of business loans. Major Job Accountabilities Fulfills servicing requests from customers for business loans and responds to inquiries and research requests from customers, taxing authorities, insurance entities, vendors and other loan servicing departments. Books new loans and any related records to various systems and performs all maintenance on loans as required. Responds to inquiries, communicates with and supports teammates and business partners across the organization; researches, analyzes and resolves issues. Participates in the testing of loan systems. Identifies process improvement opportunities and participates in special projects within the department. Participates in and contributes to the development and refinement of internal procedures and new servicing strategies. Experience Required 1-2 Years of experience servicing Commercial, Small Business, Private Banking, Residential and/or Consumer loans. Experience Required Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to understand and review loan and entity-related documents for accuracy, compliance, and other requirements. Able to work effectively and efficiently to meet multiple priorities and critical deadlines. Excellent organizational skills, able to assess, prioritize, manage multiple works streams to meet or exceed deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other people and groups. Maintains a positive demeanor and handles difficult situations in a professional manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Excel) and familiarity with banking applications. Understands and adheres to Regulatory and Compliance requirements, applying this knowledge to assessing and resolving problems.
