The people. There are some great people that work for this company. There have been great people who have left/been let go of this company.
If your not in the executive's club than you are looked down upon. And their unofficial employee slogan is “Perception is key” I made many good friends at that company and ultimately that was my downfall. Building good relationships have me a “perception” of laziness or distracted when in fact I was one of the hardest working people in my department and that was said by multiple supervisors and fellow employees. But the higher ups thought that whatever they see in the first second they walk out the door is what it is. And many good and loyal employees have been let go because of their perception.
The pay. They overpay for the work a lot of people did. And people making the most did the least amount of work. As always.
