Job Summary
The Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management of aluminum extrusions, powder coating, castings, fabricated metals, and other products. This role is critical to developing a resilient, cost-effective, and globally competitive supply base. You'll work cross-functionally to optimize cost, ensure continuity, and improve supplier performance across multiple commodities. Essential Functions
Develop and lead sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and other assigned commodities in alignment with business goals and global market conditions.

Generate and maintain various top management flash reports and monthly market overview reports on key commodities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of sourcing or commodity management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on aluminum extrusions and steel items.
Demonstrated success negotiating with both domestic and international suppliers.
Strong technical knowledge of sourcing systems, procurement processes, and cost structures.

Scope: The Director of Procurement is a key member of the Finance team at the Sierra Club. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Finance Operations, this role is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive and sustainable procurement function, including strategic sourcing and supplier management. TransGrid Energy is seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Senior Contract Manager - Utility Scale PV & ESS Projects who will play a critical role in ensuring the successful negotiation, execution, monitoring, and management of contracts across the full project lifecycle. Work Model: To balance collaboration and flexibility, this role follows a location-based work model. Employees within 50 miles of the office work onsite five days per week. Employees outside that radius work remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the negotiation, drafting, and execution of EPC contracts and major equipment procurement agreements, ensuring commercial terms reflect project objectives, risk allocation, and regulatory compliance.
Review and interpret development-stage agreements including Interconnection Agreements (IA), Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), and other project contracts, and ensure their commercial and operational terms are incorporated into related contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering) and external stakeholders to optimize subcontractor selection, contract structure, and commercial outcomes.
Receive, review, and evaluate subcontractor/vendor proposals, including cost breakdowns, pricing, scope, and schedule; prepare commercial bid evaluations and recommendations for award.

As the Strategic Sourcing Manager - Technology, you will be responsible for collaborating and executing strategies for technology-related activities. Including sourcing, procurement, and vendor relations for Cloud and Software spend categories.
Responsibilities
Negotiating contract terms to achieve positive outcomes measured by cost reduction, cost avoidance, or economies of scale.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with SLAs and governing agreements while fostering long-term partnerships.
Conducting market research and stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand software needs and provide solutions aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and manage software license agreements, ensuring adherence to licensing policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, applicable field or equivalent experience.
5+ years working in procurement, sourcing, and/or vendor management.
Influential negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of technology licensing models and agreements.
Understanding of cloud cost fundamentals (AWS and Azure), including commits, savings plans, and reserved instances.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Experience with procurement software and tools (Workday, Zip, or Ironclad is a plus).
Familiarity with software product lifecycles and vendor management best practices.
Fundamental knowledge of AI.
Influential financial and business acumen.

We are looking to add a superstar to lead and build the vendor contracting function for our legal team. This role will also offer the opportunity to hone and apply skills in other legal areas, including commercial, AI, privacy, and product.
What you'll do
Manage the legal team's approach to vendor contracting, including:
Reviewing and negotiating legal terms in vendor agreements for technology/SaaS, professional services, event services, consulting, and other products and services;
Building and maintaining contracting playbooks, contract templates and clause libraries, legal process wikis, training materials, and other tools to help scale the legal team's vendor contracting function;
Building and maintaining Airtable's contracts repository; and
Developing data-driven insights regarding the company's vendor contracting operations.
Collaborate with teams across Airtable to support the procurement function, including:
Partnering with procurement, finance, IT, security, privacy, and compliance on vendor reviews and approvals;
Providing support for procure-to-pay process optimization and automation projects; and
Responding to a range of questions and providing support to all levels of the business, regarding Airtable's vendor contracts, negotiating positions, and related processes and strategies.
Work closely with Product/Privacy Counsel, Commercial Counsel, and cross-functional partners, including product and engineering teams, on contract matters related to AI and data usage, including:
Enabling Airtable's product strategy by ensuring that vendor technology incorporated into Airtable's products and services align with legal, security, subprocessor, and customer requirements;
Supporting Airtable's go-to-market AI contracting strategy, customer AI contract negotiations and playbooks, and sales enablement; and
Supporting alignment between AI vendor and data contract risks and Airtable's internal governance.
Help enhance and participate in projects to increase the efficiency of commercial legal support.
Who you are
You have at least 5 years of in-house contracts management experience, including experience with a SaaS or other technology company.
You are enthusiastic about vendor contracting and have demonstrated experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting the legal terms in a broad range of commercial contracts.
You have experience negotiating with AI vendors, particularly in the context of SaaS products, and understand the legal, security, and compliance considerations involved. You are familiar with AI contracting, including the distinctions between generative AI and traditional machine learning, and how these distinctions impact software agreements.
You're able to draft documents, policies, emails, and anything else in a precise and digestible manner.
You're flexible, resourceful, technologically savvy, and solution-oriented. You are excited to help a growing company define its legal identity, to build process and repeatability, and to manage and prioritize work independently. You're both comfortable saying you don't have the answer, and confident that you can then go find it.
You are able to execute, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-moving environment that is expanding and evolving.
You have high integrity and excellent judgment, are a clear and thoughtful communicator, and are able to be both strategic and detail-oriented.

Role SummaryThe Global Procurement Sr. Manager for Travel, Meetings & Events will report to the Global Procurement Director. The position will have key responsibility for all aspects of sourcing for these categories. This includes ownership of all negotiations related to airlines, hotels, meeting facilities, corporate credit cards, travel agencies, and booking tools. In addition, the role partners with respective key stakeholders across the company to identify and prioritize needs, will understand the market to determine appropriate sources of supply, and benchmark/baseline the current state. This person is also responsible for developing the sourcing strategy for these categories. This includes, but is not limited to, managing and leading periodic supplier business reviews (i.e., EBs, QBRs, etc.), leading the competitive process (i.e., RFx, Auctions, etc.), supplier selection, commercial negotiations, deal finalization, and similar Senior Category Manager competencies. Also, they will partner with internal Shared Service organizations (i.e. Legal, Risk, Privacy, Insurance, Finance, Accounts Payable, etc.) for onboarding, contracting, etc. In addition, they will partner closely with Executive Assistants across the company to prioritize needs and establish discounts with properties and airlines that fit our travel needs. What You Will Bring
10+ years of strategic sourcing and category management expertise, with a preference for relevance in Travel Program Management
Direct experience negotiating agreements to completion across all phases of Strategic Sourcing.

Ability to view all managed categories in a strategic context, and to implement those strategies.
Partnership and relationship management expertise with business units at all levels and functions.

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $125,000 to $209,000. In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $105,000 to $175,000. A candidate's specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
