L.A.-based Prodege is an online media company that strives to create memorable and lasting experiences with customers. Because of our unique mix, ways of understanding issues and creative problem-solving, I find my colleagues to be inclusive and open to new viewpoints," Avery Morton said. Avery is a Manager of E-Commerce Applications with Prodege.

The open office floor plans in Prodege offices lead to a very collaborative environment. That is where the diversity of thought and perspectives thrive most. The company also hosts all-hands meetings every quarter. This is an open forum where employees can voice opinions, concerns, praise or whatever else they think might be necessary.

"I love that different employees throughout the company get a chance to speak to everyone and discuss the projects their team has been working on. I also really enjoy that we highlight employees' tenure at the company and reward that with gift cards and cash -- and a bobblehead for those that have been here for 10 years," Nicole Schumann said. Nicole, Senior Director of Promotions, is in charge of all the fun events that the Prodege team gets to enjoy.

Prodege employees get to participate in all sorts of really fun promotions at work, as well as a lot of fun events outside of work, like happy hours. Avery had this to say about those events and what they mean to him and his fellow employees: "The group activities are very engaging and allow you to experience another side of your colleagues. It's a great way to build camaraderie and become comfortable with the people on your team and meet other people who work for the company."

    The interview process with Prodege is pretty straightforward. The initial interview will be a phone screening with a recruiter or HR person. If they think your experiences could match the role, they will set you up with an on-site interview. That interview could consist of a few different interviews with different team leads and could take a few hours. It is common to have an answer just three days after the interview because Prodege respects you and your time.
