This role involves partnering with the Executive Producer to manage day-to-day production and workflow for various projects within the studio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of tracking and communicating complex work items across multiple projects and disciplines and committed to fostering an inclusive work environment while delivering exceptional gaming experiences.
In this role, the position serves as a key contributor between internal and external teams across a wide variety of functions and subject matter expertise, with direct influence and responsibility for the quality and outcomes of feature development, product publishing efforts, and strategic partnerships.
Explain a typical day in the role:
Manage day-to-day Production duties ranging from meetings with internal and external developers, planning and schedule coordination, working in ADO for task or bug tracking, as well as working with other various partner teams needed for game development (release management, player engagement, localization, test, etc.
What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role:
A proven game Producer with at least two shipped games on console or PC with that title
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items
Coordinate across teams to deliver quality on time for features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement
Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps
Collaborate with internal and external teams to remove blockers and ensure pathways to product development and go-to-market goals

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a video game Production or Project Management role focused on PC and/or Console games with at least 2 shipped titles credited as producer

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred
The wage scale for this position is $36.65 per hour to $39.87 per hour.
