Responsibilities
You'll make an impact as you:
Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for people from around the world to experience transformation.
Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.
Work alongside the Senior Video Producer and other team members to:
Engage new audiences.
Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, prayer partners and churches.
Encourage giving and advocacy to support Bible translation
Work with the Senior Video Producer to research, identify and develop video concepts and actionable projects that align with key themes and marketing strategies.
Support the Senior Video Producer in processing footage, editing, color correction, audio finishing, effects, and other post-production work to complete video, audio and photography projects. Manage and archive team media files.
Engage in pre-production work, including studio and location setup, and assist with photographic needs as needed.

The Video Production Intern will assist the Video Producer with:
Post-Production & Editing (70%)
Rough Cuts & Assembly: Assemble raw footage into coherent timelines based on scripts or outlines provided by the Producer.
Routine Edits: Handle fast-turnaround edits for simple content, including newsletter video clips, event slideshows, and social media shorts.
Media Management: Responsible for ingesting footage and organizing project files on the shared server to maintain strict organizational standards.
Production Support (20%)
Assist with studio and field production setups. If you have an interest in camera operation or lighting design, you will have the opportunity to set up lights, run cameras, and learn professional set etiquette.
Manage teleprompter operations for executive recordings.
Assist with gear inventory and maintenance.
Emerging Tech (10%)
AI Workflow Implementation: Assist the Producer in testing and documenting AI tools for video, such as Adobe Premiere's text-based editing, generative VFX, AI voiceovers, AI music generation, and AI script and storyboarding.
Research trends in motion graphics and corporate storytelling to keep League content fresh.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of Nonlinear Editors (NLEs) is a must, preferably Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, or Audition is a plus.
Visual Storytelling: Understanding of pacing, continuity, and narrative structure.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Interest in or experience using AI tools for content creation or research.

We are looking for a creative videojournalist to join our award-winning news team. The ideal candidate can shoot, write, and edit stories for newscasts, as well as operate live equipment for our morning reporter. This candidate may also be trained to fly the station drone and secure FAA credentials to use a drone for broadcast news. Training will be provided. - Strong videography, editing, and technical skills.
