Takes full ownership of the execution of the final proposal presentation, including preparation of proposal material, coordinating participation of various IMA team members, leading the actual presentation effort, and closing the sale
Proactively identifies and coordinates cross selling opportunities with other sales units at IMA
Enters and maintains all required information in Salesforce CRM
In partnership with an Account Servicing team, maintains client contacts to assure account retention
You Should Have
Required Experience and Skills include but are not limited to:
5+ years of direct business to business selling highly preferred
Track record of exceeding sales expectations demonstrated through documentation, recognition, or through specific examples shared during the interview process
Experience in Commercial Insurance preferred but not , with preference given to expertise in both Commercial Property & Casualty and Group Benefits experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must either currently hold, or within 90 days of hire attain, Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses for the appropriate state of business and fulfill continuing education requirements to retain licensing
Basic experience with MS Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel , intermediate aptitude preferred
Salary Range$75,000-$150,000 USD

This is not a typical Monday thru Friday, 9-5 job. The days and shifts can vary widely, from very early in the morning to late at night, with split shifts. We need reliable people who are open to flexible schedules. Some weeks will be crazy busy, and others will give you enough free time to enjoy life outside of work. Our crews set up events at locations all over the island, so if you bore easily or just like to mix things up, this position may be a perfect fit.
The hourly pay rates listed in this ad are starting rates, there are opportunities to move up in the pay scale.
Position Summary / Primary Purpose
Our Field Crews & Drivers are responsible for delivering and setting up events at venues all over the island. From assembling large structure tents, dance floors, bars, putting up lights, setting up tables, chairs, lounge furniture and everything in-between, our crews are responsible for building events from the ground up, often on tight timelines. Regularly assisting with loading and unloading of inventory at both the warehouse and customer sites. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of loads onto vehicles and at customer sites. Ensure customer sites and Accel inventory are maintained safely and with a high standard of cleanliness. Restock, clean, maintain and organize Accel's inventory at the warehouse and other locations as directed.
Essential Functions
Embody and lead teams in accordance with Accel's Core Values, as described below.
Load and unload Accel inventory at customer sites and the warehouse, as directed for events and inventory management, as product comes in.
Ensure Accel inventory is treated with the highest degree of care, organization cleanliness and tidiness at customer sites and at the warehouse.
Ensure customer event loads on to vehicles are loaded in the directed manner, ahead of time, safely and accurately.
Assist in general warehouse cleanup, organization, and maintenance of inventory for various purposes (moves, auctions, etc.) and report issues as they arise.
Maintain proactive and effective communication with Drivers, other field staff and Onsite Production Manager, to ensure customer satisfaction for events and site management is met and always exceeded.
Problem solves issues with inventory and customer site issues with Drivers, as directed.
Ensure safety and maintenance of Accel inventory and repair/maintain inventory as directed.

Experience Required
Experience in a warehouse or other production environment is a plus. Driver's license a plus. Able to demonstrate clear communication, multi-tasking, and execution of complex instructions under tight deadlines. Able to demonstrate diligence and proactive results driven work ethic. Demonstrated experience in inventory repair and maintenance, such as with tents, chairs, and other event products.
Physical Requirements
For onsite purposes, Field Techs must be able to lift/carry at least 50 lbs. Please let Accel know of any physical limitations.
Work Environment
This is an hourly position. This position regularly requires long hours, split shifts and frequent weekend duties. This position primarily operates in an outdoor environment and a warehouse. This position routinely operates in and around vehicles and warehouse equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
