This role will be in the mix as a primary team member traveling to events where video coverage is deemed necessary, including but not limited to away Fever games, WNBA/NBA events, larger content and community initiatives, and more. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead in the development and execution of video content for delivery across Indiana Fever social channels, as well as other PS&E brands. Bring unique and creative ideas to the table, while producing engaging video content of all formats & lengths. Collaborate with colleagues to ideate and execute strategies that meet brand goals and elevate consumption across platforms. Coordinate and lead video projects, including branded content, on-location shoots, and live streams. Assist in game night duties of video production, including editing highlights in real-time. Collaborate with Digital Motion Graphics Designer to develop consistent a consistent graphics kit, lower thirds, intros, and outros. Archive projects and maintain the organization of the archive. Maintain brand consistency and support brand strategy throughout all content and executions.
