Position Summary Baltimore Public Media is seeking an organized and creative Producer for Pass the Mic who brings a strong radio journalism background and a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and compelling storytelling. This is an in-person role based at our Baltimore headquarters. The Producer will support the Senior Producer in shaping the show's editorial direction and be responsible for working with, and guiding, a rotating list of community hosts drawn from across Baltimore's spectrum of leaders, creative thinkers and doers.
