The Role of a Producer:

Work with on-air hosts to develop daily content plans and social media strategy
Sourcing potential contributors and interviewees
Social media proficiency in posting about the show, including stories, interviews, & podcasts
Converting text, graphics, video, and audio files for all digital platforms
Create daily audio and video content
Contribute to, and make use of, archived audio files and sources for content segments
Responding to audience feedback, and referring on to other departments as necessary
Aptitude in editing software such as Adobe Audition & Adobe Premier for production purposes

This role is to maintain and operate the produce department including trimming and preparation of merchandise according to company and department standards; to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Cut, slice, and prepare produce as directed; follow established procedures for culling, trimming and storing product.
Weigh, package and label products.
Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.

Notify the Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
