THE ROLE
Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Stage Producer to join the Stage Production team in Los Angeles. We are seeking a Stage Producer to support the functions of Insomniac's stage production department. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategize stage drawings, specifications and other documents concerning assigned projects
* Negotiate various deals and contracts
* Build and evolve production standard operating procedures (SOP) for each festival
* Create, develop and maintain vendor relationships
* Oversee budgets, schedules and overall production plans for projects
* Organize the daily development efforts of the team, leading team meetings, managing planning efforts and ensuring delivery against the project roadmaps
* Partner closely with internal and external business partners to ensure project goals are exceeded
* Construct organized workflows that meet the needs of both projects and the department
* Partner with production, creative and finance in greenlighting and planning projects
* Provide as a resource to teams to develop production project plans
* Discover emerging technology and how to apply it to projects in order to achieve creative goals' and perform various analysis to understand financial implications and cost efficiencies
* Partner and collaborate with show leadership, creatives, producers to evaluate in development, pre-green light and newly green lit concepts for opportunities on execution
* Recruit, train and onboard members on the team both directly and partnering teams
* Negotiate various deals and contracts
* Other special projects and tasks as assigned as needed
* Frequent travel may be required (economy)
QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years' experience with event technical production and operations
* Excellent organizational skills
* Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure
* Ability to take initiative, problem solve and perform research
* Knowledge of the principles of target marketing
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
* General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows
* Knowledge of concert promotion and live event business is a plus
* Some travel may be required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
* Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when on site working events
* May work in drastic temperature climates when traveling to work events
* Must be willing to travel to work during evening, holiday and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

Job Duties
Responsible for overall production, content and every element of each newscast.
Responsible for being a key communicator in the newsroom- talking with each person who will participate or provide content for that newscast (i.e. Assignment Editor, anchors, MMJ's and production crews).
Understand newscast mission, station priorities and be familiar with all the platforms.
Must select stories, understand all the elements and design a newscast that achieves the daily goal.
Knowledgeable on daily news events, awareness of past news events and know what is news in the Central Florida market.
Execute Live Shots and Satellite Remotes during live newscasts.
Select, assign, write, and organize news stories. Write headlines, teases and reporter lead-ins.
Respond to breaking news with urgency and accuracy.
Coordinate and plan future community and social story development.
Work with Multimedia Journalists to improve story and presentation.
Editing skills to edit video clips.
Write news scripts, promotional teasers, headlines and topicals.
Work closely with producers and News Director on story/sweeps planning and coordination.
Contribute story ideas, participate in daily coverage decisions and editorial meetings.
Work directly with content producers articulating angle of story, length and video.

Smart Choice Partners is seeking a Personal Lines Producer to drive revenue growth by generating new business across Florida, while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.

Responsibilities include:
· Generating new business across the state of Florida through cold calling, referrals, door-to-door outreach, and local networking efforts
· Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to quoting, presenting, closing, and onboarding
· Maintaining and growing existing accounts by assisting with renewals, conducting needs assessments, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
· Completing sales operations tasks, including paperwork, forms, and internal processes, to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
· Sending policy documentation such as new business packets and proof of coverage to clients and partners
· Supporting internal processes by collaborating with the team to improve workflows and enhance product and industry knowledge
· Representing the agency at local networking groups (e.g., BNI), trade shows, and industry events to build visibility and generate leads
· Meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs as defined by agency leadership
Knowledge and skills required:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· CRM -EZ Lynx -a plus
· Tech Savvy
· Bilingual -a plus
Experience:
We are looking for at least 2 years of experience working in an independent insurance agency, with a strong understanding of selling multiple products across various carriers. The ideal candidate will have a background in outside sales and demonstrated success building out a sales territory. Active engagement in BNI or other professional networking groups is also a bonus. Candidates should be tech-savvy, organized, and confident in managing client information, follow-ups, and tasking within a fast-paced sales environment.
Education:
· High school Diploma or GED -Required
· 2044 License -Required
· 215 License -a plus
· 220 License -a plus
· Formal sales training -a plus
Salary and Benefits include:
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $60,000, commission, and benefits.
Vacation/Holiday/Time off: 15 PTO days, 9 Holidays (Calendar year and prorated during first year of employment).
401k: Employees are eligible to participate and join the first of the month in the quarter after 6 months of employment.
