Skills & Background Required: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Film, Television, Media Arts, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience producing, directing, and editing content across television, digital, or branded platforms. Hands-on experience directing talent and crews in the field. Proficiency with AVID editing software and strong understanding of production workflows. Excellent storytelling, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset. Experience shooting camera is a plus.
