Position Summary:
This role is to maintain and operate the produce department including trimming and preparation of merchandise according to company and department standards; to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
Here's what you'll do:
Cut, slice, and prepare produce as directed; follow established procedures for culling, trimming and storing product.
Weigh, package and label products.
Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
Properly fill, rotate and merchandise produce and floral shelves, cases and displays; assist with unloading deliveries and stacking product in coolers.
Notify the Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
Practice suggestive selling techniques with customers.
Have familiarity with all products carried in the department; know differences in price, taste, preparation, use etc.
Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.

Follow Guest Experience Guidelines

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial/Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial/Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing risk management solutions tailored to businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an in-depth understanding of personal lines insurance products, and a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and operations through comprehensive insurance coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
While we have processes in place to help generate new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts is also required.
Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs including but not limited to homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters.
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their personal and family insurance needs
Create and present comprehensive insurance proposals and quotations to potential clients, clearly explaining policy terms, conditions, and pricing.
Review current policy renewals to look for potential cross-sell opportunities and potential gaps in coverage.
Communicate with clients regarding increased renewal premiums while looking for potential savings during coverage reviews and remarket to different carriers as necessary.
Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations that may affect their insurance needs.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and changes in personal lines insurance products.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.

Qualifications
Valid Property and Casualty License
5 years of experience in sales
Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks to manage concurrent workflow.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Must have a strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.
Must have a strong understanding of commercial insurance.
Preferred qualifications include:
Must possess a developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace.

**Position Summary:**
This role is to maintain and operate the produce department including trimming and preparation of merchandise according to company and department standards; to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
**Here's what you'll do** :
+ Cut, slice, and prepare produce as directed; follow established procedures for culling, trimming and storing product.
+ Weigh, package and label products.
+ Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
+ Properly fill, rotate and merchandise produce and floral shelves, cases and displays; assist with unloading deliveries and stacking product in coolers.
+ Notify the Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
+ Practice suggestive selling techniques with customers.
+ Have familiarity with all products carried in the department; know differences in price, taste, preparation, use etc.
+ Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.
+ Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines
+ Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations
