Our customers need an advocate to help them look at all their options. As an Inside Sales Product Advisor, you will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls from customer leads. No prospecting, no cold calling required! You will match customers with insurance products that best fit their individual needs and can help improve their lives. Our extensive training program paves the way for success, teaching you our technology, product portfolio, and sales methodology through hands-on classroom-based instruction.

Once trained, you will be responsible for working 25+ sales opportunities per day, guiding customers to the right insurance product solutions. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, who has previous sales experience, and is interested in high earning potential working with warm leads. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Saturday, with several shifts available. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Friday hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

During training, new employees will be working an 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. shift. After successful completion of training, new employees will select from available shift options, keeping in mind our focus to support a work-life balance.
**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Respond via telephone or email to determine their needs and to present product recommendations through a consultative sales process

+ Quote customers on available product options and accurately explain plan details

+ Respond to questions from consumers regarding UnitedHealth One products, services, website logins or navigating the website

+ Complete necessary research on consumer questions and issues using multiple systems and resources and prepare appropriate responses

+ Conduct outgoing calls to provide answers and additional information to consumers

**What's the role?**

As a Strategy Advisor in EPTBs Global Market Development team, you will be responsible for helping EPTB develop a broad set of strategies for the Americas.

You will assess market trends, competitors, threats, and opportunities to develop insights in the environmental markets which can be commercialized. You will develop Supply & Demand fundamentals, anticipate, and understand new regulations, prepare new market entries with upcoming Emissions Trading Schemes and screen emerging markets, new methodologies, and products.

You will develop, then present your findings, projections, and recommended actions to management. For initiatives which are approved, you will help plan, develop, and implement the resultant projects.

In addition, you will also provide analytical support and monitoring for specific business development activities and ensure that these are consistent with the broader Shell Energy strategy.

**What we need from you**

+ Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.

+ Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred. Prior experience in business development, management consulting and/or strategic planning desirable. Assignments at McKinsey, Bain, BCG or equivalent advantageous.

+ 7 plus years work experience required.

+ You must have a comfort with operating in a highly uncertain context and being able to pitch concepts/plans that convincingly navigate such. Outstanding research, analytical and project management skills. An ability to spot opportunities and trends and apply a commercial lens to them.

+ In-depth knowledge of energy supply and demand, energy value chains and the changing regulatory, commercial, customer and competitor playing field in the energy industry. Clearly advantageous to have specific knowledge of the environmental product markets or carbon markets and regulations.

+ Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills. To illustrate, you should have the ability to present a compelling business case for new market entry to senior management detailing the opportunity space, implementation plan, resources needed, and the expected returns.

+ We require a creative, commercially focused individual with excellent analytical skills, capable of contributing to our Global "One Team" ethos. Your excellent people skills will enable you to embed quickly within the team.

+ Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills is desirable
