Job Description Production Team Members work efficiently, in a safe manner, maintain high quality standards, and help to ensure that guest expectations are met. Positions include forklift operation, machine operation, and product assembly. There are many advancement opportunities to move into leadership positions and grow with the company. Production Associate Primary Duty: Manufacture, assemble and package Steel Ceilings products to produce needed items in the pursuit of customers' orders as directed by the team lead and/or supervisor. Additional responsibilities include material handling, crating and machine helper duties. We have opportunities on day shift (5:30am - 3:30pm) and evening shift (3:30pm - 1:30am). Evening shift receives an additional $1/hr shift differential.
