andbull; Engage customers in a professional and memorable manner which creates a positive shoppers experience and generates enthusiasm for the product and eventandbull; Purposefully move around the event area to actively engage shoppersandbull; Responsible for reviewing program materials, set up and break down of the work area, and the preparation and sampling of products on scheduled event daysandbull; Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase salesandbull; Assess customers individual usage needs and interests in order to best recommend productsandbull; Timely complete of all call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training by required deadlines

What Does A Product Demonstrator Do At Crossmark Incorporated

* Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented
* Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner
* Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product
* Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives
* Can maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals
* Maintains a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job
* Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution
* Achieves 100% execution on assigned work
* Assists with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections
* Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives
* Completes expense reports as per Company Policy
* Prepares and submits all on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution
* This role is not expected to exceed more than 25 hours per week, although the company does maintain the discretion to change the role based on the needs of the business and/or the client.
* This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed.
* Associates will be expected, if possible, to follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related tasks as directed by management

What Does A Product Demonstrator Do At Kelly Global Talent Solution

* Demonstrate and discuss goods with in-store customers at the wholesale warehouse location.
* Complete training provided by Kelly Services as to the method and process of assisting in-store customers.
* Communicate with the in-store customers answering any questions regarding the product in a professional and articulate manner.
* Manage the in-store order form, product guide, administration guide, and inventories

What Does A Product Demonstrator Do At Crossmark

* In addition the Event Specialist Mentors will be responsible for the following:
* Conduct face-to-face candidate interviews for Engagement Specialists in person; collect and submit all required candidate documents to management
* Conduct orientations for new Engagement Specialist
