Seeking a Product Designer to support the design of multiple solutions that spread, scale, and sustain better health outcomes at the level of the individual, community, and population. The Product Designer will report to the Director of Product Management in the Design Studio. In this role you will work alongside other designers to nurture the user experience as the product matures through all stages of the product life cycle. You have a practiced eye for effective design and are committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows. You'll collaborate with various teams, as well as stakeholders across the company to create innovative experiences across the Quadruple Aim of healthcare, leveraging your passion for brand, craft, and design quality.
Requirements
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of designers
• Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Participate in product discovery, validating new ideas and assessing potential design enhancements to end-user experiences
• Map and assess existing capabilities to strategic roadmap to ensure organizational objectives are met
• Support team members to architect a rich technology roadmap and business process architecture for Health Reimagined
• Lead, plan, and conduct user research and competitor analysis to move concepts from idea to implementation
• Lead and participate in the creation of user stories, personas, and storyboards
• Lead and participate in the creation of prototypes and wireframes
• Lead and conduct usability testing
• Elicit and/or generate requirements with/from cross-functional teams
Your Knowledge and Experience
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
